NGP/CAIC Supplemental benefits open enrollment
April 2-26, 2024
National Group Protection (NGP) and Continental American Insurance Company (CAIC) are pleased to announce another supplemental benefits enrollment for AFA-CWA members at United Airlines. The open enrollment period starts on April 2, and members will have the opportunity to enroll on-site, on-line and telephonically. NGP is the exclusive AFA-CWA-sponsored supplemental benefits provider offering policies underwritten by CAIC.

Members with active Continental American Insurance Company supplemental benefits can download claim forms and file claims electronically through the CAIC Claims Site.

User ID: your U-ID number (no “U” - enter numeric ID only)
Password: AFAUNITED (all upper case)
Case ID: W300 (already entered on the site)

Former Allstate Plans
The Allstate Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Short-Term Disability plans transitioned to Continental American Insurance Company (CAIC) effective January 1, 2024.
